Where do I get my Live Scan request form?+
The agency requesting your background check should provide the Request for Live Scan Service form. We do not determine which agency numbers or levels of service belong on your form.
What identification can I bring?+
Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver license, state identification card, or passport.
How are results delivered?+
Results are sent by the California Department of Justice to the agency listed on your form. Mail Depot does not receive or control your background-check results.
Do you offer ink fingerprint cards?+
No. We specialize in electronic Live Scan fingerprinting and do not offer ink fingerprint cards.
